   Pada Device manager, pilih 'properties' dari 'unknown device' tersebut.
   Anda akan temukan kode seperti ini: HDAUDIO\FUNC_02&VEN_14F1&DEV_2C06&SUBSYS_104D1700&REV_1000
   14F1 adalah Vendor ID
   2C06 adalah Device ID
2. Setelah menemukan kedua identitas tersebut, anda dapat ke http://pcidatabase.comdan cari dengan menggunakan Vendor ID atau Device ID untuk menemukan driver yang tepat bagi 'Unknown Device'
3. Setelah menemukan 'device model' dan 'manufacturer' kemudian anda dapat mendownload driver pada:

   http://www.driverzone.com
   http://www.driverguide.com
